| One vehicle accident on Pennell Road between Glen Riddle Road and Mount Road by the Chester Creek Bridge on Aston/Middletown border. Police arrived to find an abandoned accident. Plates came back to an Upper Darby woman. Unknown of her whereabouts. Some blood was on her driver side air bag, but leaving a one car accident in the middle of the road goes from an unreportable accident to some major charges/tickets. She even left her purse in the unlocked car, but took her car keys. |
