    Mr. Owner:
What exactly is your "lawer" going to do for you besides charge you a large amount of money to tell you that you don't have a legal argument.

Your "lawer" will probably tell you this (after cashing your check):
The current interpretation of the First Amendment is that an individual in a public place may take photographs of anything they wish as long as they don’t break other laws, such as trespassing. The photographer may also publish those photos to “inform or educate” without permission from the subject of the photo. Publish can mean any use of the photo -— from showing it to coworkers to posting it on the Internet.

Should you become the future owner of this web site, please don't crash it. A lot of people like to visit it.

Now if you had sent an email or letter politely asking for it to be removed, then perhaps Warephotos.com would consider your request. Until you can be civilized, your photo shall remain. Nastiness gets you no where.

To "The owner of the car"...

So that you may save some money on your lawyer, here are two definitions.

    Libel:
    - A false publication, as in writing, print, signs, or pictures, that damages a person's reputation.
    - The act of presenting such material to the public.

    Slander:
    - Law. Oral communication of false statements injurious to a person's reputation.

Unless these photographs are faked or false, neither definition apply. You have no grounds for a lawsuit, although anyone can sue anyone else, they can also countersue. Seeing that you couldn't even remember to have your drivers license with you when you crashed and someone had to bring it to the scene for you, we figured we'd help you out with all that technical stuff.

Hey little man, he can show your face and your car, YOUR OUT IN PUBLIC! If I were there and watching the circus after you decided to "creatively park" would I have to close my eyes? ...NO. As long as he's not making money(and I know he isnt)with your picture, you have no say in the matter.....shut the hell up, and take your hand off your small p*nis, both hands on the wheel and drive.

I remember listening to this on the scanner and it was dispatched to the police as drunk driver into house. I'm sure that's the only reason you got so much attention because they were responding to a drunk driver (not sure if you were, but that's how it was dispatched).

Welcome to the USA "The owner of the car". Most incidents nowadays appear on web sites. Had the fire company been dispatched, your car and story would be on and with the rest of 'em.
