618 E. 19th Street, Chester, PA
Two Alarm Working House Fire with Entrapment (Later proved Fatal)
Elderly patient trapped in basement and transported to CCMC.
The bright flashes are from a sparking electrical meter.
2/11/2005 Update: Five firefighters received minor injuries and the 85 yr old male died.
