Philly - FD Ladder Truck vs Fatal Car

1655 - 1830 hours
Cedar Avenue @ 59th Street, Philadelphia, PA
At approximately 1330 hours, Ladder 13 was responding to a gas leak
when it was involved in a serious MVA. The ladder struck a vehicle
and then went into a building. Five firefighters were injured, three civilian
were also injured. One civilian in the Ford Taurus was DOA.
