2250 - 2305 hours 818 McDonald Street, Chester, PA US Marshals were on scene in Chester City tonight looking for 36 year old suspect Walter R. Richardson wanted for the shooting death of 30-year-old officer Joseph Corr, a six-year veteran of the New Hartford Town Police Department, NY. Suspect was shooting at police, grazed a Marshal in the vest and was shot dead by police.
